How much is shipping?

Shipping and handling charges are calculated automatically in your shopping cart. Shipping charges are based upon the weight of your order and the zip code of the destination. Please use the shipping calculator located on the main shopping cart page to find out how much it will cost to ship your order. Orders over $49 will ship free.

When will my order be shipped?

We make every effort to get your order to you in a timely manner. In-stock items are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you within one business day. Special and custom orders may take longer to process. For more information on shipping please contact us.

Currently, we only ship within the United States (excluding Puerto Rico). We apologize for any inconvenience.

Do you charge sales tax?

We do not collect sales tax on items purchased at BuyPlumbingDirect.com, unless the order is being shipped to New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut. New York deliveries are charged 8.25% state sales tax which is calculated during checkout.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is as follows:

  • There is a 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage.
  • Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of a damaged shipment. We are not responsible for shipping damages reported after this period.
  • You must e-mail us at info@buyplumbingdirect.com to obtain an RA# (Return Authorization Number) prior to returning your shipment. Please be sure to write this number on the outside of the box that you send back to us. Returns without an RA# will be refused.
  • Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from when you receive your shipment. Items must be returned in their original packaging as shipped by BuyPlumbingDirect.com.
  • Any item returned in packaging other than the original packaging will be refused.
